My method wasn't built in a classroom. It was absorbed in the rooms where Swedish creative culture actually happened — beside advertising pioneer and festival architect Caj Malmros, concert founder Nalle Rossell who brought Pavarotti to Sweden, DJ legend and LoveBoat founder Joakim Langer, and my father Anders Muhr, who showed me what this world looked like from the inside.

It was sharpened through collaboration with Geir Hansteen Jörgensen — award-winning filmmaker — and deepened through conversations with people who built things at scale: live engineer to Keith Richards and Luciano Pavarotti, airline entrepreneur Pigge Werkelin, and Malmö city-district tycoon Percy Nilsson.

What I carry into every production is what that lineage taught me: that high-energy talent isn't a problem to manage. In the right hands, with the right method, it's the most powerful thing in the room.

ABOUT

Nurtured in a small village but raised in professional production—my father’s award-winning music studio and backstage at national concerts—I learned how creative talent and production come together.

I trained under Sweden’s creative leaders, including Caj Malmros and Nalle Rösell, and worked with filmmaker Geir Hansteen Jörgensen, gaining hands-on experience in high-pressure production.

Growing up in an entrepreneurial, artistic home taught me to navigate complex creative and technical spaces. That experience shapes how I develop talent, structure performances, and turn raw energy into production-ready results.

Across music, film, live events, advertising, and tech, I find highly creative people often overlooked and convert their energy into industry-ready roles, dependable performance, and measurable results.
