Many talented children / young adults struggle not because of lack of ability, but because the support system around them is unclear or unstructured.
Michael helps families design a customized Talent Development Blueprint, where the family itself becomes a supportive ecosystem for the child’s creative growth.
For 2 decades I have traveled across Europe, ASIA, USA to build a pathway for success for creative high-energy (ADD) families, and subconsciously built together with creative legendary high-energy elite to produce a family production system, that he later found out the biggest celebrity families already uses.
Now as a self-taught insider—I make the infrastructure to make it happen, available to a larger audience.
The Problem I Solve for talents
People often assume that ADD and ADHD are disabilities, but in creative industries high-energy talents are a superpower in showbiz, music, film, entrepreneurship. The problem is that many don’t find the right roles and environments — that’s what I create and develop for both emerging and established talent. I work with families, young talents, to design commercial talent concepts, creative positioned roles, social ecosystems, workflows, and routines that turn creative energy into sustainable, market-ready success.
When I see the right potential I also create an entry path for placement in music, film and TV, designed around the individual and with win-win in focus.
